What is a Food Expert System?

It is a system of selecting an outstanding food technician which is classified into food manufacturing, processing, and cooking aimed for succession and development of Korean food in accordance with section 14(2) of Food Industry Promotion Act, and then going through a deliberation held by Food Industry Promotion Board followed by section 5 of the same Act, thus the expert Choi Myeonghui was selected as the Number 51 (Sodujang) in 2013.
